Committee composition - POA Board member liaison, and property owner members.

Purpose – reviews streets, roads, drainage concerns, common areas, and facilities. Its purpose is to help identify areas needing preventive maintenance or corrective action and to make recommendations to the Board regarding capital investments, repairs, and upgrades.
