Please allow, when possible, at least a week before the expected event and/or announcement date on the Communications Network in order to process (verify, design, insert) your submission of a communique . Entries must adhere to the POA Communications policy. Specifically, entries must be associated with the BoT, POA Admin, POA committees and/or community/county organizations, and provided as a community wide, public event. No entries focused on an individual without expressly requested from the WSBOT or the Community Manager and no private events will be accepted for publication. Entries processed into the Connections Calendar only for events that are not engaged within the Westwood Shores community. An entry must be verified by an official source following the Sponsor Chart. Verification for the entry must be provided directly from the designated person, either by phone, text, email or in person. No proxies accepted!

Please be through, since any missing data will delay the request's processing and effect the timing for display within the Communication Network.(required)

Please describe any specific imagery or theme you might have in mind for your communique. No predesigned communiques will be accepted as an communique but an organization logo or self taken photo files to incorporate into the communique can be attached below. This rule is to assure copyright licenses are followed and all communiques meet technical requirements for the variety of channels in the Communications Network!
