    Civic "Pajama Party" Dinner

    January 15th

    Meet & Greet 5pm. with Dinner at 5:30pm.

    Plate $16 | Meat Loaf | Mashed Potatoes/Gravy | Mixed Vegetables | Roll | Cherry / Apple Pie

    The Civic Dinner is a civic membership only function. RSVP for a members only event is required for participation. Dinners entail fun activities and a wonderful menu planned by the event coordinators and prepared by the 19th Hole Bar and Grill. Each individual plate is priced according to the event menu. Reservation fees will be collected at the door.

    No RSVP, NO reserved seat. For dinners the 19th Hole requires the serving number directly following a RSVP deadline of an event.  Please understand, we are contracted to pay the 19th Hole based on the number of dinner reservations filed by the RSVP deadline, regardless if you actually attend or not.

    • A confirmation message will appear on the follow-up page: 
      • This is your official confirmation notice! If you want a record for your own documentation, please print the page. No other confirmation notices will be sent.

    Please note that Member 1 is all required fields. If a required field is not answered it will not submit the RSVP form. Required fields are marked as "required" beside the field.

    More than 7 members + guests in a reservation party please submit two forms.

    Dining Preferences: 

    • Dine In - Attending event, staying to eat
    • Take Out - Not attending event, picking up plate to go
    • Share A Plate - Attending event but sharing a single plate with another member. Please note two members with "Share a Plate"
    • Not Eating - Attending event but not eating

    Beware, using the autofill feature on your device can cause a repeat in multiple fields!
