POA Recap

  1. Garage Sale – This Weekend
    • Dates: Friday & Saturday, September 26–27
    • Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • No early sales allowed
  2. Heavy Haul Pickup – Begins Monday
    • Pickup starts Monday morning and continues until complete.
    • Certain large items require a $20 fee per item (limit 3 items), paid in advance:
      • Appliances (refrigerators, microwaves, washers/dryers, ranges,
        ice machines, trash compactors, water heaters, TVs 50”+,
        dishwashers)
      • Outdoor grills, fire pits
      • Mattresses, box springs, recliners, sofas, loveseats, side chairs,
        tables, dressers, nightstands, headboards
      • Lawn mowers, large outdoor furniture/patio sets
    • To schedule pickup of these items, call the POA Office to pay the fee(s) and be placed on the approved pickup list. (936-594-3805 option 4)
    • All other items will be picked up at no charge.
    • All items must be at your curb on Monday morning by 7:30am.

Beautification Buddies Recap

  1. Phil the Box
    • Starts NOW.
    • The boxes for clothes donations are located on the side of the club house parking lot.
    • Please make sure that the clothing items that you donate are put in a PLASTIC BAG and tied up before putting them in the dumpsters at the parking lot.
  2. The community garage sale
    • On the grass area between the two parking lots.
    • If you have donations, please bring them to the area in front of the club house starting at 11:00 on Thursday, September 25th.
    • Please do not donate books, DVR’s, or CD’s this year.
    • If you need help in getting your donated items to the area, please contact Judy Linville @ 281-797-0416 and we can assist you.

All monies raised are put right back into the community
