In support of the POA communication efforts, a few residents working with the Strategic Planning Committee will be reaching out to all registered property owners to validate and test current email addresses stored in the POA database. This validation process will include an email from (test@westwoodshores.com) requesting a reply where applicable. In the event that a reply to that request is not received, a follow-up phone call to secure an accurate registered email address will be made to the phone number in the POA database. Your cooperation with this effort will be greatly appreciated to enhance accuracy in future communication between the POA and registered property owners.
