Trustee Matthew reported that, within the last two weeks, 5 Board members and POA staff had ridden all 26 miles of road within Westwood Shores and identified 114 deed violations. The drive around was an effort to educate the Board and staff on the state of the community and to focus on the importance of deed restriction enforcement. Many of the 114 new deed violation property owners shall be given a 30-grace period to correct the violations unless they are repeat offenders. It is the desire of the Board to ensure fair and equal deed violation enforcement.

      • Approved request to build fence with notice that if it must ever be removed for any reason it will not be replaced by the POA or any utility group. If it is to be replaced it will be at the owner’s expense.
