Dear Residents,

Due to a boil water notice issued by TRW, the district is required to issue a boil water notice effective immediately for all customers within the district.

This notice is being issued as a precautionary measure to protect public health. A loss of water pressure, system disruption, or other conditions may increase the risk of contamination in the water supply.

What You Should Do

Until this notice is lifted, all water used for the following purposes must be boiled:

  • Drinking

  • Cooking and food preparation

  • Brushing teeth

  • Making ice

  • Washing dishes

  • Preparing baby formula

Water should be brought to a rolling boil for at least one (1) full minute, then allowed to cool before use. Bottled water may be used as an alternative.

What You Do NOT Need to Boil Water For

  • Bathing or showering (avoid swallowing water)

  • Washing hands with soap and water

  • Laundry

Young children, elderly individuals, and persons with compromised immune systems should take extra precautions to avoid ingesting tap water.

Duration of Notice

This boil water notice will remain in effect until TRW rescinds their notice and the district receives confirmation that the water supply meets all state and federal safety standards. Water quality testing will be conducted as required.

Residents will be notified immediately once the boil water notice is lifted and normal water use may resume.

If you have questions or concerns, please contact H2O Innovation office at 281-353-9809.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we work to ensure the safety and reliability of our water system.
