This is a CIVIC members only event so join today or bring you membership application and dues with you! 
 
RSVP for a members only event is required for participation. No RSVP, NO reserved seat. For dinners the 19th Hole requires the serving number directly following a RSVP deadline of an event. Please understand, we are contracted to pay the 19th Hole based on the number of dinner reservations filed by the RSVP deadline, regardless if you actually attend or not.
