Labor Day Schedule

• Monday, September 7, 2026 – POA Office Closed; will reopen Tuesday at 8:00 am

• Open as usual: Country Club, Pro Shop, Fitness Center, Golf Course, 19th Hole Bar & Grill (Margarita Monday)

• Trash Service: Regular Tuesday pickup schedule
• Cardboard Pickup: Monday, September 7th (must be broken down and bound)

Fall Garage Sale

• Dates: Friday, September 25 & Saturday, September 26

• Time: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (please no early sales)

• To be included on the map & list, please submit your name and address to the POA Office by Wednesday, September 22 before 5:00 pm.
  Important: Resident who miss the registration deadline may still participate, but their address will not appear on the published list or map.

Heavy Haul & Drop-Off

• No Heavy Drop-Off in September

• Heavy Haul Pickup begins Monday, September 28, 2026, following the garage sale

• Vegetative Debris and Cardboard Drop-Off: Every Wednesday & Saturday, 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
