With our semiannual Heavy Haul Pickup coming up, please remember that bulky and heavy items are not included in the regular pickup service at no charge. These items create an additional disposal expense and must be scheduled in advance through the POA Office.
During the community Heavy Haul Pickup:
Bulky or heavy items are $20 per item.
Items must be scheduled and paid for through the POA Office before pickup.
Items must be placed at the street for pickup.
Bulky/heavy items include:
Appliances, including refrigerators, microwaves, washers, dryers, ranges, ice machines, trash compactors, water heaters, and dishwashers
Televisions measuring 50 inches or larger
Outdoor grills and fire pits
Mattresses and box springs
Recliners, sofas, love seats, and side chairs
Tables, dressers, nightstands and headboards
Lawn mowers
Large outdoor furniture and patio sets
Items Not Accepted
Contractor debris, tires, paint, batteries, and lawn, pool, or other chemicals are not permitted in household trash or Heavy Haul Pickup.
Please contact the POA Office in advance to schedule and pay for any bulky or heavy items. Items that have not been scheduled and paid for may not be collected.
